Latte Art was founded in 2019 in Bahrain with the goal to provide a unique specialty coffee experience in Bahrain.

Description

Are you a digital storyteller with a passion for spreading big ideas? Latte Art is looking for a Social Media Specialist to help expand our brand presence and engage our audiences across social media platforms for Latte Art and The Pressery. This role is responsible for bringing our content to life in fun and authentic ways via social media, as well as helping to foster and grow our audiences.

 

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Curate and oversee all social media postings on social platforms including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

Develop monthly content calendars in Later to align with concept messaging objectives and established brand aesthetics.

Implement strategic direction for each concept and ensure that proposed content aligns with strategic goals of each business.

Monitor 2+ restaurant social media channels, initiate conversations and respond to community comments & messages referencing established brand and community guidelines.

Execute daily social media posting and scheduling across all social platforms.

Foster and maintain elevated community engagement by executing an active voice on all social media channels by engaging with, commenting, liking and responding to all messages.

Maintain excellent hospitality by escalating any messages or comments from reviews to the appropriate restaurant team in real time.

Stay on top of social media marketing trends, research new channels and share key insights/learnings with the team.

Support with day-to-day photography needs including photo editing to match brand aesthetic.

Coordinate and assist with interviews and media opportunities for the business.

Develop and maintain relationships with social media influencers and media contacts and tastemakers.

Schedule, plan and promote special events, handle ticketing and guest interaction.

Develop and assist in executing philanthropy initiatives and use this execution to showcase philanthropic initiatives on social media and other communication outlets.

Assist Director with running tasks and special projects.

An ideal candidate would be

QUALIFICATIONS:

We are looking for a multi-dimensional person who is great at multitasking and loves being in a fast-paced environment. Our objective is to bring on someone who can step into the different voices of each of our restaurants and be a public voice for our brands.

1–3 years of experience in social media Proficient in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok

Excellent copywriting skills (specifically focused on engaging social media posts)

Experience managing large social accounts including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter

Academic background in communication, marketing, or journalism Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage audiences

Experience using social media management tools

Ability to maintain a pulse on current trends in social media

Creatively minded and proactive, with the ability to take on new projects and balance deadlines

Self-motivated, with success working in fast-paced collaborative team environments

Organized and able to handle multiple accounts at once

Detail oriented Hospitality experience preferred

Able to work outside business hours (managing and responding to messages from guests on nights and weekends)

Fluent in Arabic a plus

Photography skills a plus

Videography skills a plus
