The candidate will be responsible for handling the company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales.

Responsibilities

  • Execute, optimize and measure social media and content campaigns (organic and paid) in order to support branding efforts across all global platforms
  • Support with all social media copywriting needs
  • Collaborate with the production team to create, refine, and optimize social content
  • Test new social content formats and creative social angles constantly
  • Manage day to day community management initiatives and social media calendar
  • Manage multichannel communications on Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Build meaningful relationships with fans and provide first-class customer support
  • Educate internal departments and team members on social media best practices
  • Analyse analytics to gauge the success of campaigns

An ideal candidate would be

  • Creative mindset
  • Familiar in digital marketing, social media, or similar field
  • Able to build a social media strategy for a brand. Executing on that strategy, and reporting results.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Very familiar with organic and paid channels on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram; and social management tools
  • Familiarity with SEO
  • Strong organizational skills to manage workflow, multitask and meet deadlines
