We're looking for a talented Social Media Coordinator to join our team!

Responsibilities

  • Manage all social media accounts and identify areas for improvement
  • Create a Content Calendar and collaborate with the in-house designer for post creation aligning with brand guidelines
  • Generate content ideas and stay up to date with latest trends
  • Have a strong eye and skill for photography, videography, design, and aesthetics
  • Monitor and report all engagement activity across the social media accounts 
  • Shoot and edit videos and photos, for social media and other platforms 
  • Correspond with traditional media and social influencers, and evaluate media exposure opportunities 
  • Coordinate professional videography and photography shoots as needed 
  • Ensure that all online activity, promotions, advertising, and collateral are kept within standards of the brand image and reflect the highest level of professionalism in content and presentation
  • Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

An ideal candidate would be

 

  • Strong communication, multitasking and analytical skills
  • Hands on experience in content management
  • Excellent copywriting skills in both English and Arabic
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels and social media platforms
  • Excellent communication and task organizing skills
  • Friendly, team player, proactive with a passion and strong drive for outcomes
