· Identifying the Atelier 21 addressable market based on the analysis of the historical data and constant evaluation of the market.
· Managing the relationship with the key accounts and generating new business leads.
· Monitoring pre- sales and the closure phase of the project.
· Contributing with the Sales & Product Manager in setting the annual sales forecasting plan.
· Strategically deciding on correct product, service and solution mix for future of Salam Enterprises and foresees future client demand.
· Offering consultation to managers on risk/ loss limitation to Atelier 21's reputation, cost or other risks.
· Setting corporate policies and structures for advancing quality standards.
· Developing, defining and assigning accountabilities, new responsibilities and authority levels for Sales Executive.
· Influencing the organization on leadership matters.
· Communicating with the project managers to ensure proper delivery of the required services.
· Liaising and supporting all client communications and conflict resolution.
· Maintaining high level of client satisfaction and regularly checking client feedback regarding services delivered and new services required.
· Achieving operational excellence and cost optimization across the department.
· Providing performance and status reporting to the Line Manager to enable informed decision making and responsiveness.
· Undertaking other related duties assigned by his direct manager
