Influencing the organization on leadership matters.
Communicating with the project managers to ensure proper delivery of the required services.
Liaising and supporting all client communications and conflict resolution.
Maintaining high level of client satisfaction and regularly checking client feedback regarding services delivered and new services required.
Achieving operational excellence and cost optimization across the department.
Providing performance and status reporting to the Line Manager to enable informed decision making and responsiveness.
