Launched in January 2018, by two Bahraini Partners, Salman Matter and Abdulrahman Alsayed, Space340 was launched to foster a community of growth and education for young professionals, creatives, and startups. It’s a co-working space and business incubator designed for people to gather, collaborate, and get some work done. We also provide members with the necessary tools – from space, to events, to programs, in order to create a diverse, creative and resilient entrepreneurial community.
A new concept is (eye) opening soon! We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and experienced individual who can carry out a range of responsibilities that reflect the vision of the brand. The role is focused on simultaneously achieving maximum customer satisfaction, and the set sales objectives.
Clearly communicate the ideas behind products.
Provide assistance and answer any questions customers may have regarding the uses and benefits of the product.
Recommending and selecting products according to the needs or desires of the customer.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Cross sell products and inform customers of any promotions.
Overseeing the merchandise; making sure everything is presentable and in order.
Process point of sale purchases, as well as purchase returns.
Comply with inventory control and management procedures.
Build trust relationships with customers
Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly basis.
An ideal candidate would be
Minimum 2 years of work experience in retail, sales or customer service (or related field).
Have hands-on experience with POS systems.
Be able to effectively communicate in English and Arabic.
Familiar with inventory management.
Be willing to go the extra mile in order to drive up sales.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple customers at a time.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Can maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
