Description

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Executive/ merchandiser to help grow our business. You are expected to maximize sales, create an outstanding customer experience, find new leads and reach the target set by the CEO.  You should also be able analyze sales and performance and generate monthly reports.

Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out new leads or sales opportunities for Elysian.
  • Follow up with prospects and leads and set up meetings
  • Checks on stores and deals with customers, managers to ensure sales
  • Generate daily task list to share with management
  • Placing orders for customers
  • Prepare invoice, receipt and delivery note
  • Must Fulfill deliveries to respective B2B and B2C customers
  • Follow up on customers
  • Generate monthly reports
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sale of Elysian from plan to close
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Able to travel to Saudi Arabia and to open market in Saudi Arabia

An ideal candidate would be

  • Experience: 5 Years in sales and merchandising
  • Experience in FMCG market
  • Proficient in English, Preferably both in English and Arabic
  • Very Flexible and willing to work in a startup environment
  • Strong marketing and negotiation skills
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Has a valid drivers license and access to a Car
  • Self-motivated
