The Production Representative is responsible for filming, editing and delivering outstanding video content to corporate clients. Must be multi-skilled, highly competent person who is flexible and knowledgeable enough to play different roles as circumstances required. The role is hands-on, and he/she must have creative capacity and technical skills. A Production Representative is to capture moments on film and to use images to tell a story. The successful candidate will be able to achieve technical, qualitative and quantitative goals while meeting project’s needs and deadlines.


  1. Videography
  2. Producing, Filming and Editing video content
  3. Working with clients, producers, or directors; work on clients' video requests from the concept stage through to the final finished product
  4. Visualize production scripts, briefs, understand client requirements to produce great results
  5. Setup and capture great shots to fulfill the brief
  6. Media management and archiving of completed jobs
  7. Tech savvy, with considerable knowledge of audio/visual equipment, hardware, software, troubleshooting and techniques used in video production & editing
  8. Flexible with good initiative able to deal with ambiguity (asking the right questions, anticipating needs, being resourceful and preparing for a number of outcomes)
  9. Researches and develops story/program concepts for various areas
  10. Responsible and able to deliver outstanding service levels
  11. Arranging with models
  12. Edits and assembles final visual/audio program material; ensures consistency and relevancy to production; monitors technical quality of end product.
  13. Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity
  14. Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
  15. Create rough and final cuts
  16. Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
  17. Consult with clients and account management team from production to post
  18. production process
  19. Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.
  20. Photography
  21. Client’s photo shoot concept and execution
  22. Working with clients to discuss the images they require and how they want to use them
  23. Seeking out appropriate photographic subjects and opportunities
  24. Working in different locations and circumstances to get the right image
  25. Using an extensive range of technical equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting and specialist software
  26. General
  27. Undertaking administration tasks as needed
  28. Arranging and attending meetings
  29. Overseeing key projects, processes and performance reports, data and analysis
  30. Help the team in drop off and pickups from the Brands Department and Account Management
