The Production Assistant will support the Exeuctive and Manager with filming, editing and delivering outstanding video content to corporate clients. Must be multi-skilled, highly competent person who is flexible and knowledgeable enough to play different roles as circumstances required. The role is hands-on, and he/she must have creative capacity and technical skills.

Support in capturing moments on film and to use images to tell a story. The successful candidate will be able to achieve technical, qualitative and quantitative goals while meeting project’s needs and deadlines.



  • Producing, Filming and Editing video content
  • Working with clients, producers, or directors; work on clients' video requests from the concept stage through to the final finished product
  • Visualize production scripts, briefs, understand client requirements to produce great results
  • Setup and capture great shots to fulfill the brief
  • Media management and archiving of completed jobs
  • Tech savvy, with considerable knowledge of audio/visual equipment, hardware, software, troubleshooting and techniques used in video production & editing
  • Flexible with good initiative able to deal with ambiguity (asking the right questions, anticipating needs, being resourceful and preparing for a number of outcomes)
  • Researches and develops story/program concepts for various areas
  • Responsible and able to deliver outstanding service levels
  • Arranging with models 
  • Edits and assembles final visual/audio program material; ensures consistency and relevancy to production; monitors technical quality of end product
  • Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity
  • Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
  • Create rough and final cuts
  • Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
  • Consult with clients and account management team from production to post-production process
  • Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.


  • Client’s photo shoot concept and execution  
  • Working with clients to discuss the images they require and how they want to use them
  • Seeking out appropriate photographic subjects and opportunities
  • Working in different locations and circumstances to get the right image
  • Using an extensive range of technical equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting and specialist software


  • Creative directing and story telling 
  • Pitching new ideas in terms of videography and photography to the client and account management team 
  • Present monthly trends to the team in terms of how we can develop our videography and photography 
  • Undertaking administration tasks as needed
  • Arranging and attending meetings

  • Experience in camera operation, DSLR & digital video cameras, sound equipment and the overall production process is essential
