  • Knowledge in Flooring & Building material.
  • The candidate will be working between Saudi Arabia & Bahrain.
  • Responsible for sales of assigned products & services of the company and application of effective marketing & sales approaches based on company strategies and training.
  • Develops database for existing and potential  customers.
  • Manages existing accounts and renews contracts of current customers.
  • Bring in new customers and new business. 
  • conducts site inspection to obtain project specifics (i.e. measurements, angles, position, etc.)
  • Reviews job inquiries and prepare quotations based on customers' requirements.
  • Prepares orders from manufactures and checks the acknowledgment or prepares invoices prior to order confirmation.
  • maintains close business relationships with principals and customers.
  • Follow up payments from customers.
  • Wins back business from zero billing customers.
  • Resolves billing & Technical issues with other internal functions.
  • Provide feedback on competitors' issues, service issues, and customer dissatisfaction with the company.
  • liaises with principals and customers under the supervision of the Management or Lead Designer for project specifications.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties may be assigned.

An ideal candidate would be

  • Candidate must hold the Bachelor Degree
  • Knowledge in Flooring & Building material.
  • As the job will be between Bahrain and Saudi, the applicant must be able to travel frequently
  • Strong interpersonal and people skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Experience in Business development/sales is required
