Cleverplay is a specialized STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) Education Learning Centre. Our mission is to engage young children, through interactive and fun based learning methods, and to empower today’s children into becoming innovation workers of tomorrow.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to oversee our Partner Program and scale it to the next level! 

In this role, you will own and manage existing relationships as well as form new ones.

This position requires a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship mangement. This candidate can also identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails, and client visits (if applicable). 

This role requires relationship-building skills, business acumen, and technical understanding.

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead our development of our soon to be launched Partner Program
  • Join and lead sales calls and meetings (in person and virtual)
  • Follow up with, engage and onboard partners 
  • Conduct market research to discover new avenues to leverage
  • Set short and long-term strategies and goals for the Partner Program
  • Build a passionate network of female ambassadors of the Partner Program
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop joint messaging, and execute campaigns to drive partner leads, pipeline, and deal progression. 
  • Publicly advocate for our Partner Program and our mission-oriented community
  • Improve partner engagement, nurture relationships that lead to strategic and long-term opportunities

An ideal candidate would be

  • At least 1-2 years experience in a sales, partnership or business development role
  • Prior experience building and scaling partnership programs is a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication in Arabic and English
  • Personable- can create and maintain strong partner relationships
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Can develop the right partners for strategic relationships
  • Data driven and capable of tracking and presenting results
