Bookr is looking for a well rounded, self-starter with a can do, positive attitude! Our Office Administrator will help support our team of Client Success Managers in Kuwait, Bahrain and Saudi by supporting them with their clients and accounts, creating presentations and profiles for them if needed, following up with clients and preparing their contracts and much more. Our Office Admin will also be responsible for some HR responsibilities, social media planning and more- truly a versatile role! Will also be working directly under the CEO and will get lots of experience in all things in the startup land. Preferred candidate is a quick learner, self-motivated with a desire to grow and has experience with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint, Canva or Adobe Illustrator as well as an inclination for social media. This position offers a lot of opportunities for growth and learning.


Support team by helping them onboard and setup clients, and prepare contracts for them. Support our marketing efforts as a team and content creation for social media. Basic HR. Support the CEO.

An ideal candidate would be

Experience with Microsoft Office

Experience designing content.
