Bookr is looking for a well rounded, self-starter with a can do attitude! Our Office Administrator will help support our team of Client Success Managers in Kuwait, Bahrain and Saudi by supporting them with their clients and accounts, creating presentations and profiles for them if needed, following up with clients and preparing their contracts and much more. Our Office Admin will also be in touch with our developers and possibly help them in giving feedback on their newest features. Will also be working directly under the CEO and will get lots of experience in all things in the startup land. Preferred candidate is a quick learner, self-motivated with a desire to grow and has experience with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint, as well as an inclination for meeting new people. This position offers a lot of opportunities for growth and promotion.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales team by helping them onboard and setup clients, and prepare contracts for them. Support and follow up with Clients. Support the CEO.

Goals we'll measure you by

  • Help the Sales team reach their KPIs and targets for growth. Make sure and track progress of each member in sales team.

An ideal candidate would be

  • Experience with Microsoft Office
