Since we are a startup with some unique ideas to bring to the market, we’re looking at building firstly then expanding our marketing team to meet the needs of our goals.. which is spread the awareness of our uniqueness. This role is very important to our growth and sustainability strategy cause it deals with important consumers within Bahrain and soon across different countries within the GCC.

Responsibilities

  • Development of full-year marketing and promotional plan.
  • Organize, promote and present products to corporate clients within Bahrain and GCC.
  • Identify & manage new business opportunities with potential affiliates and business partners within Bahrain and GCC.
  • Identify and develop competitors and marketing analysis report and combat strategy within Bahrain and GCC.
  • Stay current with market information and industry trends within Bahrain and GCC.
  • Analyze BI data on a daily basis to monitor performance, identify trends and provide input within the business.
  • Measure and analyze the impact of marketing window programs and test markets on goals and objectives.
  • Report and communicate promotions effectiveness to allow for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Identify growth opportunities by understanding business segment data and consumer wants, needs, and beliefs to drive strategy.
  • Be immersed in competitive activity, industry trends, social media to keep a pulse on product and consumer trends, opportunities, product concepts.
  • Lead cross-functional team initiatives to build and execute programs on time and with maximum effectiveness, setting a clear vision, collaboratively problem solving, and keeping others engaged and accountable.    
  •  Help to build brand affinity and loyalty for our products through thoughtful brief writing that generates targeted and succinct messages in advertising, in-store, and promotional materials.
  • Actively participate in the review and approval of advertising / merchandising materials that support calendar programs
  • Deliver promotions on time, within budget, and with high regard to detail to ensure excellence at launch.  

An ideal candidate would be

  • Arabic and English languages/Driving license is required.
  • Have a bachelor's degree in marketing or web media.
  • Professional written and communication skills. 
  • Ability to work both independently and in a highly collaborative team environment 
  • A creative problem solver and attend to details. 
  • Understand Startup marketing and social media best practices and strategic approach. 
  • Experience in brand design and be able to speak to social media platform changes. 
  • Google Ad Words/SEO/SEM/Photoshop knowledge a plus.
  • Passionate and motivated.
  • Driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit. Resourceful, innovative, forward-thinking and committed.
