Reporting directly to the Human Resource Director, this position is responsible for coordinating all staff and SBU’s Head with regards to employee welfare and administrative needs of Al Ghalia in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Establishes and maintains good relationships between staff and SBU Heads
Implements proactive employee relations initiatives and responds to AG Staff Hotline
Coordination with the HR Director, Medical Insurance Company and Ministry of Health for registration of new insurance exemption and ensuring existing employees are also added/updated in the medical insurance list.
Coordination of staff accommodation, including provision of new hire orientation.
Coordination of staff transport to/from company social and sports event.
Maintain complete employee medical files and records
Proactively provides MIS (Management Information and Statistics) for Al Ghalia management
Create LPO and Encode all Employee Relation related quotation on NAV System
Place the request for stationary & cartridge for HR Department
Create and send Memo / Email announcing about the social and sports event, posters on bulletin board, poster on Social Media
Announcements from HR Department to SBU employees
Coordination with Facilities Department as per the need of the Staff and Pest Control Treatment (Pre Treatment Preparation for Employees Staying in Company Accommodation)
Entitled of Meal Privilege for Grade 8 & above, new or promoted staff list memo needs to be updated to SBUs regularly
Update SBUs monthly on the quarterly meeting calendar. Reports to be submitted to Ops Manager & COO
Published Quarterly SBU news and updates, achievements announcements, sports and events, birthdays during the Coffee with COO
Enrollments of Medical Insurance of new staff & promoted staff from Grade 7 to Grade 10. Deletion of staff on parting from the company, reimbursements coordination with insurance company or staff for any reports.
Consolidate job descriptions to be signed by the Director and then by the HODs
