We’re looking for a talented Finance clerk to join our team!
If you’re an individual who has a keen eye for details, accurate numeracy and has the ability to multitask efficiently, this role is perfect for you!
Process bills, cheques, receipts and other documents
Ensure all documents are properly signed and distributed to relevant members
Communicate with clients, customers and relevant internal departments
Verify financial transitions and records
Report any discrepancies, errors or feedback from clients to relevant department
Report regular status of accounts
Assist in account reconciliations
Tracking and monitoring financial transactions
Assist with wage supports and financial requests
Assist with employee financial record keeping and payroll
An ideal candidate would be
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
Minimum 2 years experience in related field
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Excellent financial skills and attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Dedicated team player
Knowledge of confidentiality requirements in the field
Fluent in English and Arabic
