Description

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who will provide support with clerical tasks, ensuring all related corporate procedures are well-organized and performed in time. A successful candidate should be able to act proactively and without guidance while understanding company's needs and adhering to its policies.

 

Responsibilities

  • Attend meetings with CEO
  • Generate monthly reports
  • Attend calls, placing orders, following up on customers for feedback
  • Prepare invoice, receipt, delivery note
  • Depositing checks and/or cash in the company bank account
  • Compile and Send monthly revenue sheet, sales sheet to CEO
  • Register and follow up with GOSI, Tamkeen and other government entities when necessary
  • Make travel arrangements when requested
  • Organize all files electronically and physically for both organizations
  • Generate daily task list to share with management
  • Create presentations when required
  • Manages and disseminate payroll when necessary
  • Check on stores and deals with customers/managers to ensure sales.

An ideal candidate would be

  • Experience: 5 Years in the assistant position
  • Proficient in English, Preferably both in English and Arabic
  • Very Flexible and willing to work in a startup environment
  • Has a valid drivers license and access to a car
  • Excellent Time Management skills
  • Excellent Organizing skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Fast learner

  • Works well under pressure
