We’re currently working on an exciting event coming up in September aimed at helping young job seekers in Bahrain. To help us pull off a great event, we’re looking for interns for Event Coordination. This role would be a good fit for you if you enjoy fast-paced work and are driven by impact. 

This is a 4 weeks paid internship, where you’d get to work on single event preparation and management in areas like marketing, communications, PR, and logistics. 

After the internship ends, our team will work with you to outline your learnings from the experience and to support you in your next career steps (whether that’s applying for full-time jobs, or building your CV). 

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the marketing team with event-related responsibilities
  • Coordinating with event participants, exhibitors, and vendors to ensure smooth communication
  • Support with event logistics preparations
  • Volunteers’ management 

An ideal candidate would be

  • University student or a fresh graduate
  • Someone with an interest in learning about event organizing
  • Quick on their feet, and able to multi-task
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented 
  • Previous background in running events is preferred
  • Someone who enjoys dealing with people and ‘non-office’ work
