You’ll have experience of developing and measuring the effectiveness of integrated digital marketing and advertising campaigns, social media, and CRM as well as creating web content and updating websites. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent copywriting skills, a good knowledge of HTML, strong IT skills including experience of setting up, tracking and reporting on online activity. You will have a passion and a creative flair for all things digital including advertising, social media and digital content production.


Candidates must have proven digital marketing skills and the ability to build excellent working relationships across the institution and with external agencies, including senior staff. This is a support role that requires excellent communication skills, good attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure and to deadline. You will be able to take initiative as well as working supportively as part of a team. Prior knowledge and experience in SaaS  is desirable.



  • Develop plans and execute projects and initiatives that support both short and long-term marketing strategy of the group.
  • Plan not just individual projects, but optimizing the overall priority, mix and rollout of projects to best connect with the target market
  • Mainly responsible with creating value via Branding, Distribution and Communication/ Promotions through PR/Publicity/External Communications, Promotions and Events.
  • Responsible for public relations efforts that result in attention of the brand.
  • Formulate and oversees implementation of the marketing programs covering all products for both institutional and individual customers
  • Plan and lead various kinds of events and comprehensive marketing communications strategies in support of branding and business goals and objectives.

An ideal candidate would be


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
  • Good understanding of traditional and digital marketing and advertising strategies, methods, and practices
  • Has good coordination and communication skills
  • Is agile/flexible in finding solutions or workarounds for possible project hindrances
  • Ideally has work experience in brand marketing and/or digital marketing
  • Has an open mind and a good attitude to ‘learn as you go’
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Business Apps / Mailchimp etc
  • 3 years minimum experience in Digital Marketing is required
