Description

We’re looking for a talented candidate to join our team as Customer Happiness Agent.

To create and maintain an outstanding customer experience that would maximize the happiness of customers on the application and increase the retention rate of the customers.

 

You will be responsible to make sure that our customers are happy with our service. Aside from giving hands on customer service, you will be responsible for recording case reports and following up with the product team to guarantee product improvements.

 

Responsibilities

  • Understanding and acquiring knowledge of the product
  • Work in shifts with the Customer Happiness Team
  • Attentive to customers enquiries, feedback and complaints.
  • Increase customer satisfaction and happiness with the product
  • Attending calls and tend to online support chat
  • Keeping track and records of all cases encountered
  • Resolve customer complaints at the fastest and earliest rate possible
  • Ensure bookings and reservations are according to stadium schedules
  • Increasing the customer retention rate through feedback calls/activities
  • Increasing the percentage of offline bookings successfully going through
  • Reporting to Customer Happiness Team Lead and CEO

An ideal candidate would be

  • Ability to learn processes quickly and execute efficiently
  • Experience in Customer Service or related field
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Arabic
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Accountable and responsible team player and self-starter
  • Exceptional at successful problem solving
  • Ability to maintain a consistent positive attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of customer service etiquette
