Meet Calo

Launched in Bahrain in November of 2019, Calo is on a mission to make healthy easy. We’re a team of dedicated people driving this mission by providing better, faster, and cheaper ways to access food through technology. 


We're looking for a rockstar to take care of our customers through in-app live support, phone calls, and emails. We believe the best communication is personal, kind, and transparent, and we're looking for a team member who shares the same values and is looking to grow with us.


  • Respond to customers' emails and live support questions and requests
  • Answer phone calls from customers to assist them and take care of their requests
  • Make calls to customers to ensure their experience is a pleasant one, and that their issues are resolved

An ideal candidate would be

  • Strong communication skills in English & Arabic (both spoken and written)
  • Previous experience in customer support roles
  • Organized & attentive to details
  • A people's person who's communicative and social by nature
  • Flexible with working hours
