We're looking for a rockstar to take care of our customers through in-app live support, phone calls, and emails. We believe the best communication is personal, kind, and transparent, and we're looking for a team member who shares the same values and is looking to grow with us.
- Respond to customers' emails and live support questions and requests
- Answer phone calls from customers to assist them and take care of their requests
- Make calls to customers to ensure their experience is a pleasant one, and that their issues are resolved
An ideal candidate would be
- Strong communication skills in English & Arabic (both spoken and written)
- Previous experience in customer support roles
- Organized & attentive to details
- A people's person who's communicative and social by nature
- Flexible with working hours
