We’re looking for a Client Success Specialist to join our team. You will be in charge of serving our sport venue owners and managers, ensure that all venues are onboard and trained properly, and that the key metrics for the success of these facilities are being met. Your focus will be on customer loyalty and building long-term relationships with clients.


  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing on-boarding, implementation, training, client retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Set up dashboards to track key performance metrics related to all the sport venues Malaeb works with
  • Set up dashboards to track Malaeb’s B2B performance in different countries and cities.
  • Developing a feedback mechanism to identify pain points and potential opportunities to service the venue owners better.
  • Contribute and assist in up-selling venues and generating extra revenue
  • Work with the product team to improve the Malaeb Business web and mobile apps.
  • Assist in any other requirements that might come up with these venues.
  • Respond to clients and requests in a timely manner
  • Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive continued value of our products and services
  • Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices, as well as customer support content, with the help of the creative team
  • Maintain existing customer success metrics and data as directed
  • Create reports and data tracking for client database

An ideal candidate would be

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Fluent in English and Arabic - verbal and written communication
  • Previous experience in Client Relationships or related field
  • Ability to proactively problem-solve
  • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
  • Knowledge of onboarding and training individuals
