Our client experience team is responsible for providing excellent support to Rain's retail client base. This includes handling requests via live chat, email, and phone. Within Rain's organization the client team is highly regarded. It is our mission to provide our clients with specialized white-glove support wherever possible. This position will be working directly with the founding team of Rain. This position also has the opportunity to grow into a leadership position in the future. Knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry is highly sought after but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound queries through online chat and social media. 
  • Resolve client issues to ensure customer satisfaction. 
  • Review and approve client applications.
  • Maintain English & Arabic knowledge base. 
     

An ideal candidate would be

  • 0-2 years of work experience. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or any related fields. 

  • Excellent command of professional written English & Arabic. Fast typing skills required. 

  • Exceptional attention to detail, high level organizational, planning, and time management skills. 

  • Professional demeanor. 

  • Interest in the cryptocurrency, finance, or technology field is a plus.
