We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager, to support us with our expanding clientele. The role will involve working with clients in Bahrain and the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.

The core business of C&S is the formation of legal entities for banks, financial institutions and High Net worth Individuals to assist with their asset structuring and legacy planning. We provide business support B2B as well as B2C. The Bahrain branch is launching the firm’s Citizenship by Investment program in the Region, which allows qualifying individuals to obtain a second citizenship through investments in various jurisdictions worldwide. A successful candidate accompanies a client and his family on their journey to a new citizenship and new tomorrow.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities

  • Networking, and building business relationships with current and potential clients

  • Managing relations with High Net worth Individuals (HNI)

  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support

  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information

  • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process

An ideal candidate would be

  • Experience in business development and lead generation
  • Background in Law, Finance, or Investment is preferred
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  • Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives
  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills
  • Demonstrated and proven sales results
  • Ability to work between Bahrain and KSA
