Role Summary: 

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, and connecting with key business executives andstakeholders. The role involves managing of various projects (end to end) from conception to execution,and account management.

This role report directly to the Managing Dicertor. 



Core Responsibilities:

  • Fully responsible for project execution which entails business, technology, and people
  • Responsible for day to day project management including coordination,milestones, and deliverables
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Identify, propose, and initiate areas for business  development for Talabat
  • Engage and partner with public and private institutions to benefit Talabat
  • Developing quotes and proposals for institutions and partners
  • Set up operations for strategic projects and ensure their success
  • Introduce innovative ideas to strengthen Talabat's positioning in Bahrain
  • Will act as a coordinator with public and private institutions
  • Work closely with MD to coordinate and execute on strategic initiatives and projects
  • Experience in sales, marketing or related field is required.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales
  • Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role is preferred

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
