As an administrative assistant you will be running the day to day tasks, coordinating between the Sales, Logistics, Human Resources and the Finance department.


  • Contact various Ministries.
  • Answers phones and greet visitors in a pleasant manner and directs them to concerned individuals in the office
  • Organizes, maintains and updates office file system & reference library ensuring easy extracting of documents and up-to-date reference.
  • Receives, distributes and sends out mail.
  • Types purchase & job orders, invoices travel authorization, travel reports and expense claim etc.
  • Maintains and updates mailing lists (Supplier & Customers).
  • To provide effective administrative support to all staff and assist supervisors in administrative procedures.
  • To provide effective support and assist the sales team in different procedures.
  • To provide effective support and assist accounts in different procedures
  • Performs any other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties may be assigned.

An ideal candidate would be

  • Strong computer literacy
  • Good attention to detail, and multitasking skills
  • Candidate must be a Saudi national
