A leading Real Estate developer in The Kingdom Of Bahrain seeks to employ an Senior Admin- Only Arabic Speaker with Real Estate Experience for the Sales & Marketing Department

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead administrative and transaction management in coordination with the Sales & Marketing Manager
  • Assist with proposals for new business and renewals 
  • Manage all client documentation (Commission agreements, lease or sale documentation, etc) 
  • Ensure all listing materials (printed and digital) are accurate and has up to date details·        
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of press releases and brokerage announcements 
  • Create, schedule, and execute by sending daily Eblasts for property listings 
  • Frequently post in social media – featured property listings, new listing announcements, completed transactions, and all other posts deemed appropriate by Manager
  • Assist in the implementation of all marketing efforts 
  • Coordiate, arrange and participate in events & exhibitions  and tracking 

 

 

An ideal candidate would be

Experience in working with Real Estate Companies with below mentioned skills

  • Excellent leadership, customer service and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English (verbal and written)
  • Ability to do multitaskiung
  • Ability to lead while working collaboratively and independently
  • Management ability with team members, clients and vendors
  • Strong leadership qualities; ability to supervise, train and motivate staff
  • Friendly, outgoing personality, able to work with broker associates, clients, and the public
  • Computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, e-mail, Facebook, Intagram, Twitter, WordPress and more
