Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a unique and fun experience on the Live Support on the app
  • Making and receiving calls as part of the operations 
  • Creating and reviewing operations processes to improve the customer experience
  • Provide support for Malaeb's partners and sport venues.

An ideal candidate would be

Someone with great soft skills (communication both spoken and written, in Arabic and English)
