The Studio Manager is the owner of the Ride Nation ethos, brand, and program within their studio. They have the skill set to balance both the art and science behind promoting our brand, and are incredibly passionate about indoor cycling, healthy living, and inspiring, empowering and leading others.
These are individuals who understand the boutique studio mindset and follow worldwide top fitness trends to keep the studio fresh and innovative. This person is creative, friendly, organized and client-focused. Especially gifted in team building, communication, and special event planning, and working independently.
Ensure overall quality & brand compliance of Ride Nation offerings
Maintain a “like new” studio
Facilitate regular spot checks to ensure the total experience is consistent with the brand goals
Customer Relations and Participation

An ideal candidate would be
4 year college degree in related field is preferred
5+ years in employee development, education, and customer service
