Our Studio Coordinators are essential to the success of Ride Nation. They are the first people clients see when they enter Ride Nation and are responsible for creating a welcoming and motivating environment.
o Greet and assist guest in an upbeat, positive manner
o Effectively facilitate class check in
o Assist Studio Manager in day to day operation of the studio
o Actively suggest retail merchandise that matches the members needs
o Assist in resolving member concerns with the highest level of customer service.
o Provide timely feedback to the Studio Manager on all studio issues
o Perform other relate
An ideal candidate would be
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
Superior communication and customer service skills
Friendly and professional phone etiquette
Initiate tasks and perform duties with confidence and without direction
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment
Great organizational skills and attention to detail
Passion for fitness, wellness, and the Ride Nation brand
Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends and some holidays
Strong computer skills
Physical demands include the ability to walk through all areas of the Studio, bending and lifting (e.g. picking up towels as needed, restacking of weights, etc.)
