The HR / Admin Manager would report to the Business Director, Business Manager. You would also be part of the management suggesting your business inputs.

Goals we'll measure you by
Administer recruitment and admin process (local and abroad).
Administer all HR and Adminrelated documentation such as employment offers & contracts.
Communicate with external parties such as recruitment agents, embassies, ministries, insurance companies & travel agents.
Supervise all the procedures related to the office admin.
Maintain the compliance with all formal laws, rules and procedures.
Handle all office business disputes with legal advisor.
Follow and maintain issuing and renewing all company’s licenses.
Prepare reports to higher management.
Execute all tasks assigned by Business Manager or Business Director
An ideal candidate would be
Full Knowledge in Bahrain Labor Law in private sector.
Familiar with ministries’ procedures.
Fluent in both Arabic & English reading, writing & speaking.
Ability to manage & supervise people.
Ability to work in a team, having good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
