Description

At Malaeb we believe that a healthy lifestyle leads to a happy life. Which is why customer happiness rates very highly on our priorities at Malaeb. We are looking for someone who loves interacting with people and who would help making Malaeb customers happy customers. Despite the name, this is a very challenging position so be prepared.

Responsibilities

  1. Maintaining a unique and fun experience on the Live Support on the app
  2. Operating the call center based on the guidelines provided by the company.
  3. Achieving an average Customer Happiness rating of 4.5 out of 5
  4. Monitoring and evaluating the whole customer experience through the Coordinator’s communications with the customers and reporting any areas of improvement to the relevant team.
  5. Increasing the customer retention rate through feedback calls/activities.
  6. Increasing the % of offline bookings successfully going through.

Goals we'll measure you by

  1. To create and maintain an outstanding customer experience that would maximize the happiness of customers on the app and increase the retention rate of these customers

An ideal candidate would be

  1. Someone with great soft skills (communication both spoken and written, in Arabic and English)
  2. Someone who is very organized and attentive to details
  3. Someone who likes dealing and talking with people on a daily basis
  4. Someone who's eager to learn and take initiative
  5. Flexible with timings of working hours (This role will require working at night depending on shifts)
