The role holder is responsible for contributing to the profitability of Star by directly marketing to companies and individuals who might be interested in purchasing or renting the properties listed with Star. The role holder is also responsible for developing and sending proposals to said clients and complete the required sales documents once the deal is signed.
Achieve lead generation of 5 leads per day to ensure company revenue targets are met.
Develop proposals and send to leads
Manage progression of sales documents once a property is reserved
Manage customers from point of contact until closure of sale or lease and follow up post closure to ensure client satisfaction

An ideal candidate would be
Someone who is very confident and comfortable cold calling clients
A persistent person who does not take no for an answer
Must be proficient in both spoken and written in English and Arabic
A person who can multitask and ensure deadlines are met
Open to High school graduates, bachelor's degree preferred.
