Description

The official title is Business Development Officer, the informal title is "Marketing Ninja'! Our rapidly growing company is looking for a motivated business development officer to develop and implement growth strategies for the achievement of revenue goals. Candidates should have the right blend of analytical talent and business know-how. Successful applicants should be team players who not only understand how to identify a new market opportunity but also know what it takes to lead a team forward and realize that opportunity. We’re especially looking for someone with great communication skills, as you’ll be expected to interact with shareholders, executives and clients on a daily basis. Preference will be given to candidates who plan to stay and grow with our company for the foreseeable future.

Responsibilities

  1. Creating and following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
  2. Planning and preparing presentations (say hello to Powerpoint)
  3. Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
  4. Overseeing the development and execution of marketing Tamarran
  5. Writing reports
  6. Providing management with feedback
  7. Participate in different kinds of exhibitions locally and regionally

Goals we'll measure you by

  1. Number of venues/activities registered (Preference to the exclusive deals)
  2. Number of deals closed with big organizations/associations
  3. Number of exhibitions attended
  4. Traction generated from the venues and/or activities brought by you
  5. Revenue Target Achievement

An ideal candidate would be

  1. you really need to be sports fanatic!
  2. Good business sense
  3. A deep understanding of marketing principles
  4. Excellent communication skills. Verbal and written, Arabic and English.
  5. A proactive and positive mindset
  6. Negotiation skills
  7. Plenty of initiative
