Description

We're looking for a young and passionate individual to join us full time as a customer care agent.

Responsibilities

  • Make and receive calls from customers to help and support them
  • Respond to Live Support messaging
  • Maintain communication with venue partners and coordinate any operational matters
  • Contribute to the company's operations strategies and execution overall
  • Contribute to the company's growth KPIs wherever possible
