- Make and receive calls from customers to help and support them
- Respond to Live Support messaging
- Maintain communication with venue partners and coordinate any operational matters
- Contribute to the company's operations strategies and execution overall
- Contribute to the company's growth KPIs wherever possible

An ideal candidate would be
- Someone with great soft skills (communication both spoken and written, in Arabic and English)
